The NTT DATA Business Solutions Ambassador Programme

Work-life balance is crucial to retaining team members and improving the employee experience. In the work place we are all aware of the importance of having a healthy balance between the time spent at work and time spent at home with our families, friends and doing the things we enjoy.

Everyone is confronted by the challenge of time management. We all feel like we have too much to do and not enough time to do it, meaning less time to pursue hobbies and maximise general life happiness.

How we juggle our commitments and manage our time is absolutely crucial to getting the most out of ourselves and our lives.

At NTT DATA Business Solutions we positively encourage members of our team to strike the right balance between professional and private life. We have taken notice of this and have introduced initiatives such as Free Fridays and #WORKWHEREITWORKS, all designed to help our team members achieve all they can.

Over the coming months we will be introducing you to more of our Company Ambassadors who focus on other recreational, charitable and local community activities to get the right balance. First up is Joss Lowden.

Meet Joss Lowden - One of our Company Ambassadors

A successful road racer and time triallist plus, latterly, Joss has turned her attention to the track and the prestigious world hour record.

Joss broke the UCI hour record by covering a distance of 48.405km at the Grenchen velodrome in Switzerland. She added almost 400 metres to the previous mark of 48.007km set by the Italian Vittoria Bussi at altitude in Aguascalientes, Mexico in 2018.

Joss now rides for a top level (World tour) professional women’s team, Uno-X.

Joss was also selected as a travelling reserve for the women’s road team for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
